Not my best moment
What a disaster!! This week I completely forgot, and missed, my mum's birthday. Not really excusable any which way you look at it. So to try and redeem myself I decided to bake her favourite cake: sponge cake with fresh cream filling. It didn't travel too well, but I hope she enjoyed it.
