An absolute winner - Mediterranean tarts


How good are rainy days and weekend bakathons?  Today I tried baking spinach and ricotta squares from a recent Superfood ideas magazine.  Guess what, the boys said "yummo"!! I cannot believe they willingly ate something with spinach in it, I am so excited.

As I type I also have some bread (from The Country Womens Association Cookbook) finishing off in the oven.  During the move I found a packet of yeast, close to its use by date, so decided to do something with it.
