I bought a huge bag of oranges at Aldi the other week, and we ate so many, but they were nearing the end of their useful life. What better to make but some more of the yummy Orange cake feature earlier on this blog.
But the kitchen doesn't look right you say? I was moonlighting at a friend's house, with 5 assistants under 5. It took a while to make these cakes given the interruptions, but I think they were worth the wait.
You have to try this recipe, its a chuck all the ingredients in a bowl recipe - they are always the best!
