Does it have to be exact?
Are you like me? I cook with feeling... that means that I follow the recipe - usually. Sometimes its just best to use your gut instinct. It all gets too hard if you are being a perfectionist and following everything exactly. Don't forget its okay to make mistakes. Just remember if you are trying something new make sure you check the oven/stove for progress regularly. But also remember, if you are baking (like a cake) then you do need to be more exact.

I'm all for guessing amounts. And Heath and I often look up a bunch of recipes for the same dish, then adapt the bits we like. Usually turns out well!
